I am Grateful.
1. I am grateful for another blessed day.
2. I am grateful for all the blessings we continually receive.
3. I am grateful for my family.
4. I am grateful for the time I get to spend with my family.
5. I am grateful that we get to overcome whatever trials given to us.

In order to be able to achieve and maintain happiness we need to, actively, be able to do two things:
- Complain and then let go (Dump the baggage, the roadblocks to happiness.)
- Express Gratitude (The open expression of gratitude promotes happiness.)
