My Dream House.
We love going to open houses and checking out new subdivisions and villages. And from these frequent visits, I finally found my dream home. If only we have funds I could have made a down payment right there and then. But it just doesn’t work that way as we are still paying for our current house. And we all know that with buying a new house come mortgages, which right now, do not fit our budget. And with it also come the harder part - finding the right company that can offer us the best deal in mortgages. We now need to check out banks and other companies offering mortgages so we can compare and eventually make the right decision. And I really do hope we find that company that can offer us cheap mortgages. I am also thinking of taking a look at remortgages for our current house, and hopefully get lower monthly payments for it, and thus be able to allocate some funds for the purchase of my dream house.

Hi Alpha, I like to look at new homes too but yes, I agree, very expensive nowadays. Actually here, the prices went down and I would love to buy an even bigger better house and maybe we will move again one day BUT you know what? Even if you buy another bigger/better house, next year there will be even better floor plan, better house. Just like electronics, we buy the nicest available today and then tomorrow there is bigger/better. hehehe. I guess thats the way it goes…take care!
