My Computer.
… has been acting up. It hangs, or it just restarts on its own. Turning it on again is a challenge. It hangs somewhere. But after a few more tries, it comes back to life. We checked for virus. There’s none. So we reinstalled Windows. But then I lost all my shortcuts though the programs are still in the Program Files dir. Some can be accessed but some need to be reinstalled. Now the husband thinks that my hard disk, which contains my organized scrapping materials and scrap pages, is about to give up. I hope not as I don’t know if I have the energy and the patience (which I lack) to re-organize my stuff. I’m afraid that my dear PC will just suddenly stop working one day. I hope not. Not until I have all my files backed-up. And not until I get a replacement.
Does anybody know where I can get a good deal on a laptop? I’m thinking of asking my cousin to buy one for me in the US this Christmas.

have your cousin buy during the thanksgiving black friday. laptops go on sale, as in sale, around this time. kaso lang pipilahan nya talaga ng madaling araw either best buy or circuit city or frys. but those were good electronic and computer stores.

good luck in finding a new computer. If sa US ka bibili I think the best way is to wait for the sale or else parang bumili ka na rin dito with all the shipping and stuff. Pero Alpha try acking up your scrapping stuff, baka lang kasi alam mo na at di mo na yun maretrieve. *knock on wood*

Mahirap nga pag biglang mag down ang computer. If you want second hand laptop, try tipidpc.com. We got a good deal laptop for only 17k there. But be careful, minsan may scam. Swerte lang namin. If sa US, dapat sale nga at ipa-hand carry mo nalang. Kung ipapadala d2, ganon rin bcoz of the shipping fee and stuff. Try to look sa mga stores rin here. They have 0% interest deals. I’m eyeing for Lenovo G400. Good deal na to at hindi gaanong pricy. They offer 0% interest for this. If a laptop is to pricy for you. I suggest a portable hard drive. Western Digital. They have 120G for only 5K+ ata. Yu can transfer your files there for safe keeping. Ooopss haba ng comment ko… sorry.
