Busy Week.
It’s going to be a busy week for me. I will be loaded with a few chores as our househelp is going for a vacation. She’ll leave tomorrow and promised to be back on the 3rd. I just hope she keeps her promise. We bought tons of ready-to-fry foods from the grocery today because I am not sure if I will have the energy to prepare real meals for us. But I did buy some chicken, meat and veggies, so we’ll see. I do enjoy the chopping, the preparation of ingredients and the actual cooking. It’s the cleaning up after that I dislike. Anyway, I prepared potato salad this afternoon so we have some snacks ready. I also got bread and plenty of EngBeeTin Hopia Ube as the whole family is crazy about it nowadays. The little boy can finish 3 hopia in one sitting. I am limiting eating take-outs this week as I am sure that we will have a lot of that the coming week. Wish me luck.

hi alpha! ako din i love the preparation and cooking part. but i hate cleaning up after. hehe. good luck with your busy week. i’m sure you can pull it off.
