Headache.
I get these bad headaches when I lack sleep and when I have too much sleep. Just like the other day, I woke up with a terrible headache, probably for being sleep-deprived from staying up late the previous night. So I rested a bit (after waking up!) and the next thing I knew I was off to dreamland. I then woke up to eat. And guess what, I slept again after eating. Hence, the headache stayed with me the whole day. Good thing my computer was there to keep me company during my ordeal. Headaches can usually be treated with paracetamol or other over-the-counter painkillers, but if it’s persistent and affects your daily activities, then it’s probably best to seek a doctor’s opinion for an appropriate headache treatment.
